The Happy Traveler US provides a LAND only program which includes accommodations, private coach for travel on the tours/entries/activities, all breakfasts, transfers and two celebratory dinners. For all inquiries contact: Dr. Rosemary Swade, trip organizer at [email protected].

The Happy Traveler US is working with Europa Travel based fully bonded and insured travel company which for the past 50 years has created successful music, academic and cultural programs all over Europe for many years. Europa will make all land arrangements, accommodations and tours/entries/activities etc. based on The Happy Traveler US requests. Regarding Europa liability: Europa agrees to use bonded licensed operators for all travel arrangements and agrees to provide a certificate of insurance evidencing their own liability insurance to: The Happy Traveler US.

Please note that airfare and travel insurance are not included in this fee and are the responsibility of the client. 

The final cost of this LAND ONLY program will be based on:

  • Double or triple occupancy
  • Participants and cost:

    The minimum amount of participants on Happy Traveler US trip.

    The cost per person based on double occupancy. 

  • If you are traveling on your own, you are able to have a private room throughout the program for an additional fee (single supplement). 

  • If you would like to have a room mate we will do our best to pair you with another Happy Traveler but this is not guaranteed. 

To register for our program please:

1. Email Rosemary Immediately at [email protected] to let her know your intention.

2. Complete and submit the following:

  • A completed participation information form and a signed cancellation form. There wil l be a form sent to you, which you can complete on line and email back to Rosemary.

  • Please make a copy of these completed and signed pages for your records. 

  • Kindly mail a photo copy of your passport to Rosemary along with your payment in full or a deposit to

    reserve your place on the trip (see cancellation notes for all details). Please email [email protected] for the address to send your check or money order to secure your place on this trip. It is also possible to pay using your credit or debit card through PayPal at [email protected]

Participation is on a first come first serve basis. Once the program has filled no more participants will be able to join the program.

Responsibility The program participant agrees that The Happy Traveler US assumes no liability whatsoever for loss of property, injury, accident, illness, death, irregularity, any delays during the duration of the trip. In addition, the program participant agrees to hold The Happy Travelers US harmless for damage and delay due to equipment problems, quarantine, declared or undeclared war and insurrection, terrorist and criminal activity, revolt, civil disturbance, hostility, military action, strikes, labor unrest, any “act of God” or nature and for any act of any third party. The participant, by registering for this tour, agrees that The Happy Traveler US is not responsible for delay, rerouting, omission and additional expense resulting from the passenger’s improper travel documents such as passport, visa and health document. Any losses and expenses related to such circumstances are within the responsibility of the program participants and not of The Happy Traveler US. The Happy Traveler US is not responsible for acts of any government authority. The Happy Traveler US reserves the right to adjust itinerary and contents and to substitute accommodation providers as deemed necessary. The Happy Traveler US reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a program participant as well as to refuse to retain any participant’s membership in the program. Participants that do not participate in an activity or entry, or who leave the tour early or arrive late, will not be entitled to any refund. By registering for this tour, the participant agrees to all such terms and conditions.


  • Be sure your passport will be current for 6 month AFTER the date you arrive back to the USA. If it expires while abroad you will not be admitted back into the USA with an expired passport.
  • Check to be sure that your credit and debit cards will not expire while on abroad and have a pin code that is not longer than 4 digits and that it won't expire for at least 3 months AFTER you return to the USA.

  • In order to access your checking account from an ATM while abroad please note that your pin code should have only 4 digits and be linked to a checking account from a major American bank. It is NOT possible to access a savings account while abroad. Check with your banker to be sure you will be able to use your ATM/Debit card while abroad.

  • If you choose to use your American cell phone, be sure to call your American carrier and have it "unlocked" at least one week before departure for Europe. Please ask about special rates your server will have for you so you won't be unpleasantly surprised with a large roaming bill once you get home. Also, you may want to ask your carrier to temporarily disable your voice mail while you are abroad so you won't be charged each time some one calls you and listens to your voice mail.

  • For non US resident please discover if a Visa needed. If so be sure you apply for one and provide a copy of it to The Happy Traveler US
